Ring modulator test. Synth 4093 nand 2-osc, ring modulator 4070 cmos. Control of synth and rm is done with light resistors (2x2). Circuit is really simple, components appx. 15 euros. No schematics available, but google ‘nand synth’ and check link for ring modulator.
